Healing happens in the present moment

Rumi once said, "The wound is the place where the light enters you."

This is a reminder that our pain can be a gateway to transformation.

Healing is like a plant's root system; it runs deep and is often hidden beneath the surface. Symptoms of unhealed pain or trauma can show up as mental, physical, or emotional impairment, but rather than cutting off the rotten leaf and trying to eliminate the symptom, we prefer to look for the deeper cause and nourish the root.

In our practice, we strive to create a space of curiosity, compassion and authenticity. Our approach is integrative and holistic, and we aim to promote awareness, wholeness, and self-empowerment.

Ultimately, our mission is to help you access the resources you already have within you to heal; we are here to support you in discovering the answers.

Craniosacral Therapy

This is a gentle yet profound, non-invasive, hands-on treatment. It is performed on a massage table, the client is fully clothed, and the touch is light and calm. The treatment focuses on the nervous system and supports the whole person's health.

Psychotherapy

In my practice, I work with an integrative approach in addition to behavioural therapy, in which I incorporate components of other therapy modalities that have been scientifically proven to be helpful into your treatment process.

Shiatsu

Shiatsu treatment involves using gentle and stable pressure, stretching, and mobilisation to stimulate and harmonise the flow of Ki. It helps to strengthen the mind and body, leading to a more stable state of health. The treatment can also promote better mobility and reduce symptoms in the body.
